Most of our ketamine therapy clients already have a therapist and continue working with them throughout their treatment with us.
Ketamine therapy works well with most psychiatric medicines and can be combined with TMS, EMDR, IFS, or somatic modalities for enhanced effect. Dr. Rahman works with therapist and client to optimize and target the therapy. Our goal is to help you improve outcomes for your toughest cases.
Most of our ketamine therapy clients already have a therapist and continue to work with their own therapist (you!) throughout a course of treatment with us.
If you work with clients you think might benefit from ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, please reach out!

The Pala Medicine approach includes in-office ketamine treatments, along with preparation and integration support around each session, separate from your regularly scheduled therapy sessions.
In this way of working with KAP asynchronously, we provide the ketamine-assisted exploration on journey days in our office, while you provide on-going therapy as usual.
Your client remains within your normal therapy framework in the days before and after a ketamine session, helping them work with intentions and process the psychedelic journey experiences in support of therapeutic goals.
You don’t need specific KAP training to be a referring therapist, but we highly recommend attending one of our experiential workshops to learn more about the process.
